The following bio was taken from Wrestleline.com.  It was part of their "Introduction to ECW" Series

NICKNAME/EXTRAS: "The NEW F'N Show"

HEIGHT/WEIGHT: 5' 9" / 210 lbs.

FROM: Minneapolis, MN

FAVORITE MANUEVERS/WRESTLING STYLE: Lynn is a technically sound mat wrestler and a noted high flyer, a combination that makes for some truly excellent matches, and that means he pairs up well against a wide variety of opponents. Lynn catapulted to stardom with the creation of his new finisher, the Cradle Piledriver, which sees Lynn stuff his opponent into the mat in vicious fashion.

CATCHPHRASES/INTERVIEW STYLE: Lynn doesn't speak much, prefering let his in-ring performance do his talking for him.

HAVE I SEEN HIM BEFORE? Lynn was "Mr. JL" in WCW for a few years back around 1995-96. Lynn wrestled under his own name a few times for the WWF as they got their Light Heavyweight Division in order in '97 before signing on full time with ECW. If you remember the GWF that aired on ESPN about 10 years ago, you might have seen Lynn early in his career as a major player in that organization, where he feuded memorably with the Lightning Kid (now known as X-Pac).

KEY FEUDS/MATCHES: Lynn's first real feud in ECW, after years as a preliminary wrestler, is his current issue with Rob Van Dam. It's been this series of matches, in which he's been the first to take TV champ RVD to the limit, that has helped his star rise to its current status. Other than that, Lynn's most memorable feud probably was his GWF feud with the Lightning Kid, which produced some great matches and memories for the otherwise lackluster ESPN-produced wrestling show.

WHY SHOULD I WATCH HIM? You'll be seeing a star of tomorrow today. In the past year, Lynn has deservedly gone from an underutilized preliminary wrestler to a hugely over babyface contending for the TV Title. And he's done it all on the strength of his in-ring performances. Give him another year, and have him get comfortable behind the mic, and Lynn could be a future ECW World Champ.
